We don’t accept bookings, there is a virtual queuing system.

We do not have a dress code.

Do you have a children’s menu?

Do you have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options?

We have gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options available.

Do you accommodate allergies?

All our dishes are prepared in our one main kitchen, where a variety of ingredients are used (including nuts, eggs, dairy and gluten). Although we follow the strictest  hygiene practices to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dish to be totally free from allergens. If you would like to know more about how our dishes are cooked or prepared, please talk to your waiter or a manager.

Do you have wheelchair access?

The restaurant building is accessible from the street to wheelchair users as well as our toilets located on the ground floor.

Is your meat halal?

Our chicken is halal.

Do waiters get the service charge?

All gratuities are managed by an independent professional third-party Troncmaster for Corbin & King are distributed to the staff.

Do you provide high chairs and have baby changing facilities?

We welcome children in the restaurant and are able to offer high chairs for your use as well as baby changing facilities. Space is very limited for buggies in the cloakroom area.

Can we just come in for a coffee?

Yes, you can come in just for a coffee.

Can I smoke on the terrace?

Smoking is outside in the village allocated smoking areas.

 

Do you allow dogs?

Bicester Village only allows dogs in strollers, which they offer. We welcome dogs in the restaurant.
